Lymphatic Drainage Tincture

Ingredients: calendula, echinacea, dandelion, elderberry

The lymphatic system is responsible for eliminating cellular waste, storing and distributing fat and fat-soluble vitamins from the digestive system, transporting white blood cells to assist in immune functioning, and removing interstitial fluid from tissues to minimize swelling. In other words, it’s necessary and often overlooked.

The lymphatic system is a vital part of the immune system, filtering harmful substances and defending the body against infections. It is a complex network of vessels, nodes, and organs that work together to support overall health and well-being. Draining the lymphatic system as often as possible is beneficial to ones overall health.

Calendula is known to nourish and cleanse the lymphatic system. It’s a lymph-node decongestant that helps with lymphadenitis and lymphadenoma.

Echinacea is typically thought of as an immune-boosting herb, but it also stimulates lymphatic flow and helps clear out congestion. In fact, this may be one of the reasons echinacea helps your body deal with infections- by promoting the movement of white blood cells.

Dandelion is a natural diuretic that can move stagnant fluid (especially digestive lymph). It’s also hepatic and cholagogue that is used to clear liver congestion and inflammation.

Elderberry is one of the top herbs to support the immune and lymphatic system. They help support the body's natural cleanse and detox systems by flushing out impurities and boosting immunity and overall well being.
