Once Your Order is Confirmed:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be placed in the queue for preparation, which typically takes between 1 to 10 business days to complete. If you require your order urgently, please email us, and we will do our best to expedite the process. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that it is available for pickup or has been shipped.

All of our products are made to order. We kindly ask that you collect your items promptly once your order is complete. Failure to pick up your items may result in being unable to place future orders with us. Your cooperation and timely pickups greatly assist us in managing our schedule effectively.

We kindly ask that you do not disrupt this system for others by neglecting to pick up your order or failing to leave the correct amount of cash.
